Beautiful deep teal-green glacial ice dial

The shroud took a little bit over a week to arrive, but it was pretty quick considering that I live in Australia, it came perfectly secured inside the packaging with the original Seiko part number label, super easy to replace and great quality. I hope that they stock them again soon to buy another one just in case I need it in the future.

So I like to mess with beat up watches found on various auction sites. They are often sad and neglected pieces therefore I have several ‘go to’ suppliers that have the hard to find NOS items required to bring the watches back to life. The pic shows all those a bunch of Seiko’s that I’ve found over the last few months that have needed saving … I couldn’t have done this without the input from Watch Plazza. My old Seiko tuna 7549 from 1981 needed some love instantly . By missing of Original 7549 parts
I ordered in this shop :
Hand Set for sbbn015
Double Dome hardlex
Glass gasket
Kanji day Wheel for 7c46

With those original parts the 7549 was replaced and improved by an 7c46
